Project Summary
The Sanctuary at Yates mill is a mid-sized custom home community between Cary and Raleigh. DesignElement was contracted to provide the design for both entrance monuments in addition to the community signage.
The monument consists of a natural stone ashlar cut veneer on CMU block displaying 2 tall tapered columns with a base wall between and a parged and painted central sign wall. Signage was a simple flat cut aluminum in a complementary color. All street signage were custom decorative aluminum posts, bases, and street holders throughout the community. The mailbox kiosk was designed to coordinate with the monument and signage.
